how come there are no updates with the Kinross denials, the Magna denials, the evidence that the finacials were falsified, or the proof that the valuations are pure garbage?

SRGE is just another 'has been fraud' once valued to worth billionsbut now more representative of tens of millions in losses.

Peeps are wondering if you plan on updating your post here to capture the Magna denials, the Kinross denials, and the problem with SRGE's financials.

Maybe you can reassess your valuation while you are at it based on the more recent news. I would think that if this is to remain a sticky for all to read that you would want it up to date and FULLY ACCURATE

How can you even post that Kinross JV BS that they have denied forcefully with tonight's PR and also yesterday. Where are those 2 Kinross rebuttal/denial PRs in your Significant DD? Is this what you do? You pick and choose what you want to put on it? TAKE IT DOWN please!

Please rename your sticky if you are not going to remove it as it not Significant DD as Significant DD contains VERIFIABLE facts (like what I've been providing from day one) not fake concession pics, misrepresentations, and fraudulent activity, and important PRs from real companies that have been neglected to be put on your "DD".

Stervc so let me get this straight, you will not put up a series of factual and public rebuttals from Kinross denying the deals existence until you have heard from SRGE who has proven to have lied time after time? Is this what is considered significant DD or selective acceptance of facts.

SRGE is caught in a fraud and you are waiting for the fraudsters to reply with some BS story before you are willing to remove your sticky or update it with the real facts? the sticky was INSTANTLY updated when SRGE reported the deal with Kinross but not when Kinross denies the deal - TWICE!!!!

Given Kinross' own website has posted a denial of any relationship with SRGE - this post needs to be deleted/corrected so as to not confuse any future shareholders.

Toronto, Ontario, December 27, 2012 - Kinross Gold Corporation (TSX: K; NYSE: KGC) would like to clarify a news release issued by Southridge Enterprises Inc. ("Southridge") on December 26th, 2012 announcing a joint partnership between itself and Kinross relating to the Cinco Minas and Gran Cabrera properties in Mexico. The news release contained a number of statements regarding the value and status of the joint venture, and a quote from a Kinross employee.

Kinross wishes to make clear that there is no such joint partnership, joint venture or other similar such arrangement or agreement in place, and nor do we expect there to be such a joint partnership, agreement, acquisition, investment or other equivalent transaction involving Kinross and Southridge in the foreseeable future. The statements regarding the value and status of the joint partnership are, to the best of Kinross' knowledge, without any basis in fact. The statement attributed to the Kinross employee in the Southridge news release was incorrectly attributed to him.

Previously a sticky was removed once the Tier change happened on pinksheets because it was no longer accurate. In fairness to investors - presenting a statement as DD that a joint venture has been confirmed but the JV NYSE company has now put out an official press release denying it - that sticky is no longer accurate and should be deleted.
