Why there’s no SRGE & SAEI connection…

The legal counsel for Southridge Enterprise, Inc. (SRGE) back in 2007 was Kenneth Eade. At such time, Alex Smid was the CEO for SRGE. Both had left the company a few years ago and have absolutely nothing to do with SRGE as it exists today. Any significant due diligence (DD) will confirm this. Neither of them is an Officer or Director with SRGE anymore since a very long while ago.

Both of those guys (Alex Smid & Kenneth Eade) had negative ties with SAEI and the repercussions for SAEI were not positive. The new management and its team are above board which was not and is not the topic of any of that negative situation with SAEI regardless to how one might try to link such. To think that SRGE has any ties or connection to SAEI is farfetched and far reaching and is not true. They have nothing to do with each other.

SRGE had gotten a new CEO, a new Lawyer, and a new IR.
