janice shell, proof of being GAAP financials...

If you read down a few pages more of these SRGE Annual Financials, you will see confirmation of their financials “Basis of Presentation” of being prepared in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) format on page 7 of the Unaudited Financial Statements section towards the latter part of their financials below:

Also… GAAP is not a compliancy in the sense of which you are insinuating. GAAP is a standardized format or framework. GAAP is only a set of standards.

I'm just getting home and I believe that the financials are awesome from doing a quick scan. So far, here are some quick highlights that immediately stood out to me...

** The Outstanding Shares (OS) is 545,874,868 shares as of December 13, 2012.
** The Authorized Shares (AS) is 1,500,000,000 shares as of December 13, 2012.
** The Revenues for its fiscal year end 2012 = $3,148,692
** Net Income = $919,438
** Earnings Per Share (EPS) = .0011

There appears to be so much more, but I think the main pieces of the puzzle have been filled in. With the financials being unaudited versus audited,
