I've emailed SRGE CEO Michael Davies on numerous occasions asking why the company and he allow the BGL campaign of misinformation on SRGE. One of his replies (from several months back) was this explanation:

Txxx,

There has been significant negative chatter about Southridge on the internet, for some time now, due to factors such as the downturn in the ethanol business and the confusion in the legal status of a certain mineral concession. We couldn't possibly conduct our business in any effective way if we even attempted to counter the negativity online. Alternatively, Southridge has been quietly going about its business of building its mining operations, particularly at Cinco Minas, and our future results will speak for themselves. We expect to have additional public information available online from the Mexican Mining Registry that will clarify our property ownership at Cinco Minas. However, the best way to see our operations would be to make a personal visit to the property location. It would be absolutely clear to any visitor to the property that Southridge is the only Company with access to the Cinco Minas site and the complete support of the local residents. We do extend a personal invitation to you, any shareholder or other interested party, to visit the Cinco Minas property first hand.

In addition, I will also be forwarding your email to our our corporate attorney for their reference and investigation into this matter so the Company can seek any and all damages that result from these libelous actions.

Regards,

Michael Davies, President
Southridge Minerals, Inc.
