Willforeall, key with your Lawyer thoughts...

I agree. In my opinion, there is no way to twist what SRGE released in their news regarding hiring new legal representation. Again, here is what they stated within this last PR concerning their new Lawyer...

...has hired new legal representation to meet the Company's expanding legal needs going forward. ...

This means that they have hired a new lawyer because of technicalities that are involved to meet the company’s expanding legal needs going forward. Think about it for a second... If SRGE is truly coordinating with any NYSE exchange company at these huge levels like we all believe, then if I had to guess, the NYSE company would probably feel much better with their legal designation to represent them doing the paperwork for SRGE. This is nothing against the previous SRGE lawyer, but it was probably known that there was a good chance that their previous lawyer had never done a deal of this magnitude. Again, for SRGE's expanding needs going forward, someone who is much more qualified to consummate the deal was required. I think it is also important that the PR stated ”going forward” and not just a one-time deal. This leads me to think that bigger things will continue on a long term basis after these short term major events transpire. This leads me to think that there is a major plan for SRGE.

Then the PR stated...

... The new firm is now transitioning to file all of the Company's future disclosures with the OTC Markets and will be the liaison for the Company while facilitating all corporate and legal matters. ...

This means that regardless to how much anyone tries to twist such, SRGE will have no choice except to release the lawyers name/firm as the future disclosures at the OTC Markets will required the transparency of such. This is far from an attempt to hide things. It is actually, the contrary because it is confirming that we will know who the company’s new legal representation is in the upcoming disclosures. Again, I see this to mean that because of the growth to generate expanding legal needs going forward, they will maintain this new legal counsel for the long term. I think we are in good hands.
