Southridge has never been in any legal disputes regarding Cinco Minas. The dispute you are referring to is a third party legal situation between two parties previously, but not currently, involved in Cinco Minas. Even though some other parties have their own problems and have tried to confuse people, our ownership of Cinco Minas is 100% and very clear in the jurisdiction where it resides.

Thank you for the quick response and information. I also am curious about the Cinco Minas mine. Just to confirm, Southridge does own this mine. I have emailed two offices of InfoMine, and from Mexico was given the response that the company does own, but in the U.S. office they stated that the company is in a legal dispute with Bandera Gold. Could you forward me the documents that show Southridge does own the property. I do believe so, but just to confirm my fellow investors and myself would be great.

As we have disclosed publicly, the late filing of our annual report is due to our necessary change in attorney's and the transition of filing support from one firm to the other.
