I figured I would sum this up into one post for everyone to read. Lets start out with this,

.gob.mx: Federal, State or Municipal Governmental entities only (.gob derives from the Spanish word for government: "Gobierno")


so websites with the extention .gob.mx are government only entities as per,
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.mx

So we take that and we go directly to a government site and find this
portalweb.sgm.gob.mx/economia/en/mexico-mining/375-durango.html
And this,

So what this should tell you is that Southridge minerals is listed on a government site, and what you should get from this is southridge has not been lying and they DO have rights to these properties.
