With this "OFFICIAL" denial news of Bandera...

That is awesome as it shows that Minera San Jorge S.A. de C.V. is taking their denial of signing the Letter of Intent (LOI) with Bandera Gold Ltd. very serious. If you read the first paragraph from the release from Fox News before reading any of the content, the first sentence reads...

This is proof enough for me that this news was published by the company; the Minera San Jorge S.A. de C.V. There is a contact phone number and an email address from the Minera San Jorge S.A. de C.V. for anyone who wants to verify the news for themselves.

So...

Minera San Jorge S.A. de C.V. has released this news through Fox and ABC news Networks:
http://www.fox44abc22yourvoice.com/story/19568361/minera-san-jorge-sa-de-cv-denies-signing-letter-of-intent-with-bandera-gold-ltd
http://www.abcnews4.com/story/19568361/minera-san-jorge-sa-de-cv-denies-signing-letter-of-intent-with-bandera-gold-ltd

Minera San Jorge S.A. de C.V. has released this news through PRNewswire:
http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/minera-san-jorge-sa-de-cv-denies-signing-letter-of-intent-with-bandera-gold-ltd-170122316.html

Minera San Jorge S.A. de C.V. has released this news through Jim Cramer's news The Street:
http://www.thestreet.com/story/11706420/1/minera-san-jorge-sa-de-cv-denies-signing-letter-of-intent-with-bandera-gold-ltd.html

Minera San Jorge S.A. de C.V. has release this news through an entire host of other news services as posted below:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=79662479
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=79658698
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=79658952
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=79662019

Now below is a serious difference in comparison from where Bandera had released their previous news from as you have indicated:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=79661935

Still, with all of the "official" denial from the Minera San Jorge S.A. de C.V. of ever signing such LOI, I think it wouldn't matter where or what service Bandera would have initially used anyway. Thanks for your hard work as your efforts are greatly appreciated.
