It's funny how this A/S increase is being spun around to mean doom and gloom. To me, this looks like mere preparation work for OTCBB uplisting just in case SRGE needs additional capitalization, yes? Further, this is all part of the process for the impending JV deal. I am still of the opinion that we will see 1)Buyout of Cinco and 2)JV on Gran Cabrera.
