First of all, many thanks for your replies in past days. Regarding the BOD appointment, Alejandro and Alfonso are who sold CM and GC to SRGE. MSJ were former owners of the subject assets but if you recall from an earlier post of mine concerning BGL's PR of 07/2009, they stated that titles on CM/GC were transferred to a third party as a result of labor dispute. The Labor Court awarded titles from MSJ to Alejandro and Alfonso who then sold them to SRGE.

This is why the two gentlemen's BOD appointment together with Snr. Moreno (whom I believe is Director General of SAGARPA of Mexico) are REALLY HUGE NEWS as they lend credibility to SRGE.
