NOTE: The surface rights agreement that barnet showed investors and also used by Bandera Gold Ltd. was BOGUS and deemed invalid by the judge, signatures on agreement from all the ejidatarios where just from an attendance list to an ejidatario meeting that barnet slipped into agreement (see youtube video link for proof) msj surface rights was nullified by judge due to abandonment clause and surface rights returned ejidatarios including everything on it like the mill buildings and rock stockpiles, cinco minas ejidatarios turned around and signed with Southridge, they are happy with agreement and the money it is generating for the community

Towards the end of this Youtube video one of the ejidatarios of Cinco Minas says clearly that
none of them signed any agreement and signatures stolen from Agrarian Community attendance list
