To eliminate any confusion, the point I was trying to make was that any report filed electronically or done by Tumi Resources Limited was to be considered approved by him (the Geologist, John Nebocat (P.Eng.) regardless of time frame:

There's a couple of different ways of looking at that meaning did he mean for the past, for the present, for the future, or all time frames. Still, that report is neither here nor there so I think it is redundant to continue the back and forth. I say this because my main point that I think all need to realize about the NI 43-101 that is on file with SRGE is that it is there and used only for historical data purposes. They are drilling and have been in production to retrieve "actual" data and revenues.

The important thing to note about this and the NI 43-101, which would have been the point that I was going to lead up to with you, is within the middle to latter part within the post below to explain how none of it can be used by the company when they file their financials with the SEC because of the SEC not recognizing any NI 43-101:
