Received the following response to an inquiry regarding the gagged Transfer Agent:

With regards to the Transfer Agent (TA), it was decided that the company would handle any and all questions regarding the share structure via the website, press releases, telephone or email. Previously, there was a high volume of questions directed at the TA by our active shareholder base, and that incurred considerable resources on the behalf of the TA. This caused a strained relationship between the company and the TA, as they were becoming frustrated by the volume of inquiries and costs incurred. As a result it was agreed upon by both parties for the company to handle this information directly.

We may consult with our new legal representatives and revisit this issue or possible alternatives, but for the time being, Southridge is not prepared to jeopardize our relationship with out current Transfer Agent.
