Nice dd'ing bud!!! Yes you have it in a nutshell!!! Due to Bandera Gold's gross negligence and a total disregard for the local Cinco Minas Ejidatarios welfare the Mexican Govt essentially stripped the Cinco Minas mining concession away from BGL. This negligence included poisoning the local's livestock with cyanide and NOT paying their wages which effectively starved them!!! There are several conditions for foreign mining companies to work in Mexico...the main one being to look after the local ejidatarios (and in this case their 300 strong community in Cinco Minas). Bandera Gold failed in this social responsibility on all counts! SRGE stepped into the gap promptly and BGL is not at all happy that they have lost the concession to SRGE..as has been seen by their campaign to discredit SRGE for over a year. I say 'move on..it's over'!!!! lol
