No offense Momo, I spent weeks doing DD on SRGE, started out as a long, ended up as a trader. Alot of things cannot be verified and leaves me with a lot of doubt like the following points.
1) No confirmation on any Mexican Mining Registry Site that these mines are owned by SRGE, yet there are updates on the mining registry dated July 2012 way past those "SRGE concession certificate pics" that were dated prior to that. Last we heard is to send a request to Tatiana at the MMR with a nominal fee to obtain documentation on how actually who owns the mines.
2) Nevada SOS share increases by 1/2 a billion shares but SRGE can't add the name of that new director to the SOS. I emailed him a few times and he has not responded to confirm if he is on the SRGE board.
3) I spoke to the director of the MMR (Armando) and he did confirm alot of docs floating around on the net regarding CINCO MINAS ownership was fraudulent.
4) I emailed Micheal Davies and IR with simple YES and NO questions and they won't respond.
5) Most of the PRs are fluff and they seem to backtrack after things don't go their way. The whole Magna issue where we received emails from Magna telling us they had no business relationship with SRGE, yet SRGE will uplist with them? Another example is their PRs stating SRGE is now listed on the Mexican MMR, where is this? What do you think we are not going to check?
6) No new pics, new videos of any activity. Don't you think it would spike the share price is someone spend 2 minutes taking a credible video of Cinco Minas but heck what do I know, seems to me Micheal Davies is a genius LOL.
I loved one of their most recent PR about signing an agreement with a NYSE company, way to intice new investors only to read further it was a non-disclosure agreement. That means absolutely nothing, a non-disclosure agreement about what exactly....oh I know....please don't tell anyone how SRGE stole the Cinco Minas Video originally produced on Youtube by the prior owner of the mine, edited it to include the SRGE logo and rebranded it as their own. I proved it on a prior post in case you're wondering.
I've done this for years and so so many things never add up and we can never EVER get any credible proof from a third party about any ownership so I am very doubtful.
Remember, sometimes if it's too good to be true, it probably is!
