A long history of ancient debunked claims...

Numbers don't lie

The only history that matters is the company's growth

As of the FY2017 10-K, mCig is undervalued

mCig is transparent about their construction projects

There are no dead construction projects

Part 2 There are no dead construction projects

Paris Group – Amargosa project now signed for 120,000 sq ft facility

Grow Contractors replaced Scalable Solutions

Straw man argument –mCig doesn't cultivate, produce or sell marijuana

Ron Sassano still works for mCig - Pictured with Rob Kressa of Grow Contractors

Ron Sassano and Rob Kressa are well qualified in construction contracting and have extensive experience in the MJ sector

Meet the Grow Contractors Team – A wealth of management, engineering, and construction experience to construct and manage cultivation facilities

Meet the Grow Contractors Team – a wealth of MJ and construction experience

mCig incorporated Grow Contractors, Inc on Dec 5, 2016 and now owns it along with Agri Contractors

Rob Kressa owned Grow Contractors Group not Grow Contractors, Inc

Construction revenue is collected each month in advance for labor, materials and profit for the following month. Revenue does not depend on project completion. mCig contracts to build the facility. It's the customers responsibility to fill it with plants...

Grow Contractors is killing the competition

mCig, Inc. and Players Network, Inc. Announces Completion of Phase 1 Construction for Green Leaf Farms Cultivation and Production Facility in North Las Vegas

Green Leaf Farms now in production as of May 26, 2017

Green Leaf Farms was completed in just over 1 year. Delays were due to funding and government regs.

Sin City phase 1 now complete and ready to grow

Oregon requires that you build and complete a cultivation facility before applying for a grow license

Until this year, mCig never claimed that pursuing a Nevada MME certificate was one of their goals or part of their business plan. This is a classic straw man argument. They don't need one for Rollies. If and when the timing and business conditions are right they can always buy or partner with a cultivation facility. The fact that mCig is managing (not just staffing) a grow facility as an agent for a licensed grower proves they don't need an MME certificate to sell Rollies.

Rollies missed launch because rolling machine wasn't ready

MCIG to Manage and Staff Indoor Grow Facility in Las Vegas Through its Subsidiary, Grow Contractors

mCig never claimed to have a business relationship with Lucy's, only with Vellum

Old claims debunked

The now defunct mCig Extraction Division planned the cancelled Colorado facility. It was never a construction project. mCig first PR'd plans to buy a cultivation or production facility on June 20, 2017

There is no extraordinary risk of mCig managers leaving the company

mCig's management team is completely different than it was a year ago

Debunked Fantasy "VitaCig Debacle"

Almost all e-cig juices contain some PG - the FDA has rated PG as GRAS, or Generally Recognized As Safe

JCP Lawsuit was settled

Vapolution is still owned and operated by mCig

Vapolution now part of mCig's Inhalation Technology Division

Paul didn't profit from urls

Conclusive proof Paul didn't profit from the 420Cloud acquisition

Insiders didn't profit from Tuero or 420Cloud acquisition

Tuero Capital was formed from scratch by mCig. Neither Mike Hawkins nor anyone else was paid for it

mCig's investment in 420Cloud was worth the cost

more on mCig's investment in 420Cloud was worth the cost

420Cloud will have numerous unique features and significant competitive advantages

The MegaUpload programming team is free of any legal liability and experienced in large scale systems and advertising

mCig owns the weedistry and 420jobsearch websites with several ways to monetize them

Proof That mCig owns the Weedistry.com, 420cloud.com, and 420jobsearch.com websites

Conclusive evidence that mCig owns the weedistry and 420jobsearch websites

Outdated and/or misleading public information doesn't trump contracts between companies

mCig's executive compensation is fair and reasonable

mCig is very profitable even after salaries are paid

Insiders aren't enriching themselves

Executive Compensation is transparent

Paul has not benefited at the expense of shareholders. He has repeatedly invested his own shares to grow the company. Executive compensation is fully disclosed on the 10-K

Phony criticism. No company discloses all the customers in their revenue estimates

Filings aren't required for private sales of unregistered securities to qualified investors

mCig is in compliance with 8-K filing requirements regarding construction contracts

mCig discloses all the required Corporate Actions on PR's and Form 8-K and is "Fully Reporting" on the OTCQB Market

Only Director and certain Corporate Officer appointments require disclosure on form 8-K

More on Only Director and certain Corporate Officer appointments require disclosure on form 8-K

Private placements are regulated to be for investments and usually have a two year holding period

Omni didn't misstate 2FQ17 revenues – The company actually produced $1,626,687 in operational revenue and $1,619,113 in net income for the first six months – all was properly disclosed

Share Restructuring did not dilute shareholders nor give significant benefit to insiders

Share Restructure explained – no need for RS – facility for acquisitions without dilution

Omni is undervalued and should be trading at $.05 to $.13 per share

Omni owns Celebcream, its website and exclusive distribution rights – the location of Malecon pharmacy is a competitive advantage

The anti-aging cream market is estimated to be worth $191.7 billion by 2019

No "scummy accounting" in VitaCig-Omni purchase

$80 million OMHE revenue prediction debunked

OMHE responded to March 2017 SEC inquiries

March 2017 SEC inquiry responses reviewed/closed - SEC was satisfied

ROTFLMAO The most serious issue required them to move $435,000 from one line on the cash flow statement to another. It resulted in more cash flow from operations and less from financing activities. It was reported properly on the subsequent 10-Q a few weeks later. Hardly a huge scandal. SMHL

mCig still owns part of the VitaCBD Brand and supplies STNY with wholesale CBD for VitaCBD

Stoney Hill now owns the VitaCBD website

Stony Hill Directly owns 59,524 shares of High Times Holdings, the company that owns High Times Magazine

Stony Hill has a Strategic Partnership with both mCig and the company that owns High Times

Everyone who received VTCQ dividend shares from mCig made a profit

I could go on but the rest is ancient history prior to the last business restructuring in 2015 - All of it debunked at the time.

Repeating debunked claims 100 times doesn't make them any less false.

Debunked, debunked, debunked 100 times.

Obviously Repeated Facts Are True

Preferred shares issued to Insiders, benefit insiders more than common shareholders
Celebrity Brands owns CelebrityC*, it's trademark, and the website

And repeated false fabrication remain false
$80 mil projection
OMHE owns Celeb*
insiders don't benefit at all from preferred shares

And the repeated faux debunkings are obviously false - but very entertaining to see you debunk yourself every day.
