LMAO mCig never claimed to have a business relationship with Lucy's, only with Vellum.

Read that again. You put in the words "never had" the actual email you received in February 2017 says Lucy's "has" no affiliation with Vellum or mCig. The original mCig announcement was made in October 2016 and it said that mCig had a partnership with Vellum not Lucy's. Vellum in turn claimed to be a supplier for Nativ and Lucy's. Perhaps they did supply Lucy back in October. Perhaps Vellum lied to or was misunderstood by mCig.

In any event mCig was only supplying papers at the time and the announcement said they "will work together on bringing to the market a new format of smoking papers and cannabis pre-roll filling services". The whole question is irrelevant for now since they haven't yet perfected their rolling machine. They were testing their second prototype last fall.
