VitaCig Revenue was $12k on October 31, 2015. The new royalty contracts with EU were announced in January 2016. The next 10-Q for January 31, 2016 showed revenue of $39k (one month into the contract). The following 10-K as of 4/30/16 showed revenue of $96,000. The royalty was "up to 25% of all product sales" and based on the wholesale cost of the VitaCigs, which was around $1.50/ea. Do the math. That's roughly 225,000 units sold at a 25% royalty or over 500,000 units at 12%, with virtually zero marketing effort. They obviously collected royalties.
In the meantime, no one can prove that Al's VitaStiks have produced any revenue at all.
This whole argument is based on a manufactured fantasy.
