They've been around since 2006 as a network of MJ specialists, master growers and builders. It makes sense that Paul wouldn't want to merge them into Scalable and share revenues with Ron or anyone else. That's why they had to set them up as a separate subsidiary. Scalable, at that point became redundant.

Robert Kressa, CEO of Grow Contractors, has been working for mCig for most of the past year. Looks like he just merged his group with mCig.
