Salaries are expensed when they are earned and paid. All salaries are included in the company's operating expenses and are subtracted before cash and profit are calculated. So are the amounts paid for url's. Despite your frantic claims, mCig recorded %1.5 million in profits for the year (after paying all salaries) and it currently has $1.6 million in cash and cash equivalents. Bonuses are calculated at fiscal year end (April 30, 2017) and amount to about $156,000 total. They won't be paid until September. There's plenty of cash available to handle that.
