Do you know what incorporating means??? It means the company was formed from scratch. mCig owns it! It was incorporated in Florida so they gave Mike Hawkins name and address as the "Registered Agent" of the owner, mCig. He probably filed the papers.
NO ONE WAS PAID! TUERO CAPITAL WAS INCORPORATED BY MCIG!!!
As for insider's profiting, the audited 10-K accurately reflects all compensation for mCig execs during FY16 and FY17. The soon to be published 10-Q will cover the period through 7/31/17...
