Nice Try. Exactly what are they "managing" at the onset? Kressa, the human resource "guru" is staffing the site. That's his wheelhouse. No engineering background. No Construction background.



At the onset, they are managing the grow operation. They have the option to add management of the facility including sales and delivery.

Rob Kressa

Founder of Grow Contractors Group at the age of 19, Robert got his start by building and operating a cultivation facility in California with friends during the infancy of the Medical Marijuana Movement. Initially, he applied his experience in CAD and Construction to do consulting work with Cultivation Facilities all over California and in other Medical States. When recreational Cannabis became law, he expanded the company duties to include staffing services as well as becoming a national business that took specialists to wherever Cannabis consulting or construction was needed.



Peter - Master Grower

Peter is a degreed Horticulturist with 22 years of direct cannabis cultivation and breeding experience. Peter’s background includes large-scale tree nursery operation and sales, OMRI certified vegetable production, and industrial scale greenhouse cannabis management



Matt- Superintendent

Matt brings over ten years of commercial construction experience and a plethora of certifications to Grow Contractors. He is a certified welder and HVAC-R technician who also holds CAD, EPA, Fire Life Safety, and OSHA certifications. Matt uses his extensive construction knowledge and skills to bring your vision to fruition.



Ron Sassano - Operations Manager

Ron is a 30 year veteran in large scale modular, commercial and residential real estate. Ron has 3 years Cannabis construction with over 500 bid projects. He provides an all-encompassing construction experience including modular specialty.



Phil - Field Operations Director

Phil (Gunny) is a retired Marine with a strong 30-year track record in Nevada construction management. Phil holds an OSHA-30 certification and oversees all construction sites for Grow Contractors.



George - Architect

George is a licensed Architect and develops all aspects of architecture and engineering phases. George is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), International Code Council (ICC), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), and is certified with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).



Sara - Office Manager

Sara has over ten years of administrative experience including AP/AR, billing, sales, import/export of components, and customer service. Her incredible organization skills keeps our team running smoothly.




Bruce - Engineer

Bruce has over 20 years of structural engineering and greenhouse design experience. Bruce uses top of the line engineering program RISA 3D to bring your vision to life.



Larry - Engineer

Larry is a field and design engineer for utility power and industrial electrical distribution systems and subsystems. Larry offers over 45 years of experience in the field. Larry is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and holds a professional license in Idaho, Arizona, Colorado, Oregon, California, and Texas.




Sal - Engineer

Sal is a registered Civil/Professional Engineer, Licensed Structural Engineer with over 40 years of progressively responsible experience in structural engineering. Sal maintains 52 Professional Engineering Licenses to practice in all 50 states, Washington DC and Puerto Rico.



Gary - Engineer

Garry has over 40 years of engineering experience. Garry’s expertise includes the design of hospitals, clean rooms, green houses, and a myriad of others. Garry is licensed in California, Nevada, and Washington, and holds a LEED professional credential.

And, again, since when does the contractor (GrowContractors) have the option of executing whether MCIG wishes for them to have the "option" of managing later on???



Since they specified that in the contract. Since when are two parties limited from signing a contract for anything they agree to. Nice try, it don't fly. SMHLMAO
