LMAO All those claims have been debunked. Repeating them 100 times won't help.

$7 to $10 million in contracts are documented

Claims that mCig is only "managing" Solaris and only exchanging services for Green Leaf are BS

Debunked fantasy "VitaCig Debacle" and SA hit piece article

Debunked Rollies and Nevada MME claims

Other false claims portrayed as mCig lies

The drop in revenue from 2FQ16 was due to the fact that their largest customer reneged on their contract. I presume it was JCP wholesale, which had a contract to buy $1.2 million worth of Chill CBD oil. This would have accounted for $500,000 of the $752,000 in revs that quarter. When J.J. Southard took over as VP of their Hemp Oil Division he threatened legal action and they've now agreed to buy another $700,000 of product to fulfill their agreement.

mCig has totally revamped its business plan twice in the last two years. During 2016, several executives were replaced and except for Paul and Ron Sassano, a whole new group of folks is in charge. Several initiatives, started or encouraged by previous executives, were terminated because they didn’t evolve as planned, cost too much and/or didn’t return the expected profits and revenues. This doesn’t indicate dishonesty on the part of mCig but good management that avoids debt while using available funds to maximize revenues.
