Yes I do! While there's been no lack of speculation on this board, the only recent PR'd reference I've found that said that mCig was planning to acquire a cultivation facility was this from June 20, 2017...

The Colorado facility was killed a short time later when Paul decided to give up on extractors and eliminated the Extractor Division because it was costing too much. He was paying for extractor development out of his own pocket and realized it would be gobbling up mCig resources for the foreseeable future unless he put an end to it.
