Most of the phase one construction was completed in early spring and phase two construction was begun. However, City and State inspections kept adding additional modifications and paperwork requirements which delayed official completion of phase 1 until May 26. mCig completed all construction work as scheduled and the customer has nothing but praise for mCig's performance...
