One thing you and others seem to gloss over and miss is the huge change in management that has taken place at mCig over the past year.

Mike Hawkins hasn't even been on board for a year yet. Rob Kressa was brought on board in November to run construction and consulting, J.J. Southard started running the CBD Division in September and Michael James, Inhalation Technology Division and Charlie Fox, Cannabis Supply Division were the most recent additions. We now have a new revenue stream from 420cloud which will also probably spawn another division with a group of very talented programmers. All of these folks have impressive credentials and have responsibility for ensuring that their respective divisions are profitable.

This is a completely different company than it was a year ago, yet you and others seem to focus on things that happened in years past. Paul is now, more than ever, focused on increasing revenues and profitability. He's delegating more responsibility to his team and has shown that he's not afraid to jettison initiatives that aren't profitable. Recent results speak for themselves...
