I just wanted to see if FINRA could process one, and THEY CAN. I am hanging up my SEC LOGIN CODES to the new group coming in. I found somebody else to give them too. This one is in my HEART and SOUL.

So,,,,,,,NOT yet......this RS Corporate Action is doable, and I JUST CANCELLED IT! I will let the NEW INCOMING GROUP do it, later....my SHAREHOLDERS only if they want to.

ACCR is speaking with the SEC. We had 2 hours of constructive talks with the SEC's Div of Corp Finance YESTERDAY, and we are pleased to also announce WE WILL BE FILING a FORM 10 soon : maybe within 3 MONTHS.

I have personally received about $35,000.00 in the last few days....and some of this I am working into ACCR. MORE COMING.....

We closed on a $25,000.00 working capital loan today with a good, respected FLORIDA based finance company, with simple interest 4 1/4 percent per year, payable in 2 years. Funds will be in there TODAY.

It will be on my 10Q FILED in a couple of days for our period ending 06/30/2020. We live on...self funded...with NO DILUTION, NO SALES of common stock...we are COMING BACK STRONG!!!! Just look at more lies, lies, and even more lies ..... ........ about me....Patrick, non-felon ever, not a criminal, not any of these horrible lies that are spewed against me personally. I had a 2010 DUI misdemeanor....BIG DEAL! I am blessed by GOD, and I am forgiven.

We eFiled our 2019 Federal and State of Michigan tax returns today. Our trusted MASTER TAX ADVISOR has worked with ACCR now for 2 years in a row. We feel this milestone to be of great news for my Shareholders.

This is a great milestone. I am telling you, if....BIG IF....but I am not a problem, so I foresee approval of our 1-for-10 REVERSE SPLIT.

Guys...I am only doing this to kill and draw back the criminal dilution of our past. I am hardened...when I think back the "Reign of Terror" from BISH....who carried our the main axe to kill Shareholders. We traded back in January 2000.....no, it was January 2001---> Thirty years ago....and I remember it like it was yesterday. Over 300,000,000 shares traded alone the MONTH OF JANUARY 2001. This stock symbol represents AFRICA...we represent so much more...................and we deserve a fair shot at filing the FORM 10 along with our PCAOB auditor re-done 2018 and 2019 10K financials. This give me a chance, and PATRICK....is trying to present this Corporation to a private Company that is looking to go PUBLIC. I believe that the SROs like the SEC, and FINRA believe in PATRICK....I have not issued any SHARES as a Corporation to ANYONE....................................in over 20 years.
