ACCR just received this email from our soon to be PCAOB auditor...
This will provide ACCR with the last 2 years of audited fins with our FORM 10........we can audit the INCOMING PRIVATE NEW GROUP.....or we can audit ACCRs $30,000 a year business (1099s paid both years and shown and proven to FINRA)........guys I HAVE BEEN THOROUGH.........the last 2 years of BANK STATEMENTS and US TAX RETURNS.....this all took time........remember this is a PAPER SUBMISSION to the SEC.......THE SEC IS OK WITH THIS PROCESS.......for restarting and re-registering ACCR fully compliant with the SEC according to the Sec Act of '33 and the Exchange Act of '34. I am working diligently to provide my Shareholders with a HOMERUN! HE SAID ENGAGEMENT LETTER!
