Hi guys,
We closed on a $25,000.00 working capital loan today with a good, respected FLORIDA based finance company, with simple interest 4 1/4 percent per year, payable in 2 years. Funds will be in there TODAY.
It will be on my 10Q FILED in a couple of days for our period ending 06/30/2020. We live on...self funded...with NO DILUTION, NO SALES of common stock...we are COMING BACK STRONG!!!! Get my audit done with a PCAOB firm....file my FORM 10 with audited fins....we are continuing operations and re-stating with a flat line of 2002 $0...............to $May 4th 2018 with my financials...see how we have become auditable with continuity!
Feels good guys, getting there...I warned everyone this $$money$$ was coming. The Corporation has good outlook.....what else? NOTHING for now....just saying...ACCR HAS STRONG OUTLOOK.
