I have learned many lessons over the years.....this pain I feel in my neck is developed by CERVICAL DYSTONIA.....oh wow, this is a crippling US DISABILITY.

We only have 98,376,146 common voting shares, and I own almost 63% of all shares. I do....all paper profit, and not a real asset, because it is worth ZERO to me.

ACCR was a PIG... ......and I am trying to make something out of this Corporation. This all takes time.

What am I going to do with all this stock, except be truthful about my share registrations, and all federal and state laws be adhered to in a strict manner. I am working on a pre-merger still....and this will be non-dilutive to my existing Shareholders. TRUST ME....this is a good deal. Whether it materializes......??? I just keep pressing on, SHOWING OFF ACCR's true potential to accredited investors, and try to structure a good equity offering to the INCOMING PRIVATE COMPANY with real assets and liabilities to squeeze into ACCR's share structure. I'm working on it...I may fail. I may succeed. I think and believe that I will succeed. ACCR is a good, clean Corporation.....and everyone here knows it. The symbol of our Company is so strong...ACCR.

All and nothing but GOOD ENERGY in ACCR Corporate share structure. This is my only concern, and there is no pump and dump, and there is nothing wrong with a Director cheering and rooting my all shareholders of this Company...after everything we have been through, as a Corporation....WOWSA. I do believe...just saying, that I believe.

I am building a Corporation for another private Company to come in and MERGER into our good, and clean....share structure....sparkling clean...... ... and after all these years of experiencing DEATH ... ...with that dreaded RED STOP SIGN ..... only reason why it is there on OTC Markets today. I told all my Shareholders in SEC filings, that this takes time. Please....understand, I am presenting a GOOD CLEAN ACCR STRUCTURE with those precious little shares floating around....again only 98,376,146 shares out there. ACCR was the victim of criminal securities acts from our past. We live with this stricken scar...forever. This is a good, clean Corporation. This Corporation is barely staying afloat at this time. The attacks are coming in from every direction, and yet we continue to trade. The SEC was made aware of several times that I post here, and that this is my home. All these years, my home has been under attack. I don't care anymore. All I care about is that ACCR is a clean share structure.....CLEAN, CLEAN, and ever more CLEAN. What else do you want from me? ACCR is going to come back in FULL FORCE. This stock symbol represents AFRICA...we represent so much more...................and we deserve a fair shot at filing the FORM 10 along with our PCAOB auditor re-done 2018 and 2019 10K financials. This give me a chance, and PATRICK....is trying to present this Corporation to a private Company that is looking to go PUBLIC. I believe that the SROs like the SEC, and FINRA believe in PATRICK....I have not issued any SHARES as a Corporation to ANYONE....................................in over 20 years. My job is has been GUARDIAN of the ACCR TREASURY over the years. I will only merger this Corporation with a good clean Company. As Director, I only wish to do the RIGHT THING in ACCR.



This all takes time, and I cannot make every Shareholder happy. This is why there will always be a Choice in life. ACCR represents DEATH today. I know it........but I am working on a GOOD PLAN to bring this Company back.

ACCR has experienced DEATH, and we came back to life last fall, and I know what to do......just keep believing in me. I am closing my eyes, and I see a GOOD future for our Company. No pump. No Dump. No criminality or blue sky mis-reprentation. No criminal filings post 2012. None of that. Just a CLEAN Company that was a VICTIM of past criminal Securities Acts and we clawed our way out of this TOXIC DEBT!!! Don't know too many Companies that have done this, and still continue to REPORT TO THE SEC. Holy Survival! ACCR does not abuse 8k's as mis-represented here in the past. We are trying to hang on to our life and blood line. All material, and I dunno Ladies and Gentleman......why on October 18, 2019 we remain the #1 Company to go Grey to Pink. Now, I am working on a plan to bring our PINK NO INFORMATION status to full tier upgrade from the STOP SIGN to being PINK CURRENT. We are a fighting Corporation. We are a defensive Corporation. We have learned a HARD LESSON in life. ACCR fights and struggles and lives only by my CASH DONATIONs to the Company. I expect good cash visibility over the next few months.
