ACCR ISSUER UPDATE

THE REVERSE SPLIT MAY COME OFF THE TABLE,,,,my thought process originally was that if I do the RS now,,,,then I would draw back the criminal dilution.....but do you know what.....on 2nd thought......I will cancel the reverse split...call the FL SOS....I have special contacts there.....in the Corporation Amendments division,,,,supervisors....so.

The thought process of doing this was to gain the ACCR structure .... I received both sided opinions....and I am in the conclusion NOW....that the REVERSE SPLIT should be held off.

The DTC FLOAT will not change, guys....just keep believing in me.

AS could be raise proportionately to get the same effect

Guys,,,,,listen to this ISSUER....we will stay the course,,,,MONDAY I will call FINRA to delay this processing of the RS, and they will tell me that if they do not complete it,,,in 90 days from file date the application CANCELs anyways.
