ACCR DAILY NEWS FLASH...
Guys, I am learning so much. Check this out...The question of the day is IS ACCR AUDITABLE? .........
My call with the SEC lasted almost 45 minutes just now. LEARNING!!!!

I just got off the telephone with the SEC. VERY IMPORTANT....no more 8k's on my part....only 10 Qs/Ks, and let the new group have my SEC LOGIN CODES. CHECK!
1. NONE OF WHAT THE SEC MEAN AN APPROVAL OF THE FORM 10.....this is up to the review committee. However, listen up...I learned today that to come back to life may require a CHANGE IN OUR FISCAL YEAR, which is no big deal, just another filing.
GET OVER HERE MR. AUDIT PEOPLE
ACCR IS AUDITABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OK. STEPS to become auditable.
1. Make sure all stock issuance coincide with TA records.
2. Make sure I have invoices from May 4, 2018 through present ----> I got my 2 years, so.....we may be OK just keeping the same fiscal year.
I'M LEARNING SO MUCH....but listen up....most importantly....
1. ACCR follows and complies with ALL DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS with updated current FORMS
2. ACCR follows and complies with ALL THE REPORTING REQUIREMENTS with updated current FORMS ((no more text format))
Remember, SEC attorneys all agree we did not qualify for the FORM 15. We are a special case study.
