ACCR ISSUER UPDATE
I just wanted to see if FINRA could process one, and THEY CAN. I am hanging up my SEC LOGIN CODES to the new group coming in. I found somebody else to give them too. This one is in my HEART and SOUL.
So,,,,,,,NOT yet......this RS Corporate Action is doable, and I JUST CANCELLED IT! I will let the NEW INCOMING GROUP do it, later....my SHAREHOLDERS only if they want to.
ACCR is speaking with the SEC. We had 2 hours of constructive talks with the SEC's Div of Corp Finance YESTERDAY, and we are pleased to also announce WE WILL BE FILING a FORM 10 soon : maybe within 3 MONTHS.
I have personally received about $35,000.00 in the last few days....and some of this I am working into ACCR. MORE COMING.....
The SEC told me that the FORM 10 w/ last 2 years of audited fins, and we are golden. The FORM 10 is a paper format submission to the SEC, and I am going to do it, after all these years.
ACCR only reports to the SEC.,,,,,,,and guys,,,get this,,,,,once this all happens, we are AUTOMATICALLY re-registered as a CURRENT and REGISTERED reporting and registered SEC company. It's almost impossible to get LOGIN CODES, these days. I am hanging up my gloves,,,,and YOU WILL BE PROTECTED,,,,MY SHAREHOLDERS.....I HAVE A SPECIAL SURPRISE FOR ALL OF YOU. Just like a recently 8k'd. I promise, I won't forget you!
