ACCR ISSUER UPDATE:
FORM 10 instructions + my SEC Edgar Login Codes = the direction I am taking my Shareholders........EVERYONE......... Listen up.....I will complete my 2018 and 2019 10k-amendments with the SEC. As Director of ACCR....I am reaching out to my MM.......I am working on this, NITE after NITE.....

Got it.....and guys....it took ACCR 2 years to have BANK STATEMENTS from May 2018 -----> May 2020. Do you see....it takes time, and now in June 2020......ACCR will have the 2 year bank statements ROCK SOLID!!!!
...and NO REVERSE SPLIT!

May 2018 -----> May 2020 I am now in June 2020.....now finally with some money coming to me personally will start our audit. Per my respected auditor, he emailed me last week, asking....me on 6/19/2020......READ:
"Dear Patrick
Kindly provide me the details I have requested earlier."
1. Finish PCAOB audit
2. Raise Cash per share
3. File FORM 10
4. Get SEC approval of FORM 10
5. ACCR check!
