ISSUER UPDATE: ACCR SOS FL Articles of Amendment FILED and MAILED on 6/8/2020:

This will probably take between mail and processing time, probably after the declared ex-Dividend and Payable Date for the reverse split.....BACK and FORTH........ Just wanted to show my loyal shareholders of all my hard work. I sent off emails today to the SEC, FINRA (made a call too), OTC Markets, My Transfer Agent, DTC, CUSIP...to keep our stock symbol ACCR, and also to keep the same cusip number too. Cost me another $43.75 but this is a requirement with the State of Florida.
I'll keep my Shareholders updated....I'll estimate a completion date with the Articles of Amendment to be sometime in July 2020.
