I am paying this fee out of my own pocket for the PINK CURRENT tier.
I have the $1,000.00 application fee done - COMPLETE. I have my contacts over there. I also have the 2018/2019 Disclosure fee for the PINK REPORTING tier...
... and we are going to use my TX CORP ATTORNEY of record, who will be disclosed soon......my merger completion date is for the 1st day of July, 2020. I mistakenly wrote 6/1/2020 as the completion date....oh CREEDE...we are so close.
My target company is busy today building another PHYSICAL STORE today....he's busy. I heard today, international licenses.
On my ACCR board ... ,,,,,,, all their ELDERs...just look at them scratching their heads....I have NO COMMENT on stock price, but I can tell you---> I AM PLANNING ON SIGNING OFF ON FUNDING TO THE UPSIDE!!!
Now, like I said, I will not cash out the entire amount, and run....oh no! I am planning something special for my shareholders like a CASH TENDER offer for the remainder of shares, or a nice fat CASH DIVIDEND...both processed via FINRA.
I have to go outside, and flip a coin,,,and start making a decision....I have about 30 days to decide.
