ACCR ISSUER UPDATE

Who in their right mind would buy almost 3,000,000 shares of my Company this morning via eTrade. Why? Do they know about my upcoming 1-for-10 reverse split? Speaking of our upcoming reverse split........I have emailed FINRA most all of my information. No word today from Otc Markets regarding our OTCIQ upgrade in tier to PINK CURRENT INFO tier.

This ISSUER was very satisfied with some events which happened today. A question was raised to this ISSUER regarding events of my FINRA investigation. First, there was no investigation. I came to FINRA circa 2007, in May 2007.....met with a Compliance Officer of FINRA circa Fall 2007, and by the Spring of 2008 or 2009, I cannot exactly remember, anyways, a question was brought up about my Character.

This is Michael Gross, and he is the ex Sr. Investigator for Finra back then who took all my information. I went to FINRA. NO FRAUD involved, as has been wrongly claimed on the ACCR message board. Good Lord, what have they done to a good Company's reputation and their SLANDER.

***** I got busted on a $50 gifting rule, and a old NASD ticket compliance event. Minor slap on the wrist guys. Back then....there was a WSJ story on how Fidelity Fund Manager were getting wined and dined by Janus.....to buy their bond funds. Man, back circa 2000s, it was common on Wall Street to hand out gifts. Everybody did it, so in case anyone needs clarification again.......2 minor old NASD incidents, which cost me my $300,000,000.00 asset under management, Sr. Vice President of Trading................ I was handling almost 40% of all Mexico Equities that traded NYSE direct. My rising income....almost $700,000.00 in 4 months back in 2007. GOD HAVE MERCY ON ACCR. *****

I was the first broker in 1999 to put an electronic trading machine with GBM and Bancomer BBVA, and my darling account BANAMEX,,,,which I happened to cold call in my early twenties. I almost fell out of my Chair at Bear.....I was like,,,,who the FUDGE was that? What did he say? Anyways, I placed the order to the floor......LOL - later.....I knew they would call back......and they did........

I regret this mistake so much, guys....the pain of seeing my Children suffer.....so young.

Anyways, I do not need any sympathy, right CREEDE? I know that ACCR is going to come back strong. Let me keep CLEAN,,,,,,GOD BLESS MY DECISION MAKING,,,,until I find a proper SUITOR for ACCR.

My goals again:

1. Find a MM to file a Form 211 with FINRA for solicited sponsorship.
2. Raise cash
3. MERGER
4. SSA finalization $50,000.00 cash donation to the Company.
