ACCR ISSUER UPDATE
We eFiled our 2019 Federal and State of Michigan tax returns today. Our trusted MASTER TAX ADVISOR has worked with ACCR now for 2 years in a row. We feel this milestone to be of great news for my Shareholders.
This is a great milestone. I am telling you, if....BIG IF....but I am not a problem, so I foresee approval of our 1-for-10 REVERSE SPLIT.
Guys...I am only doing this to kill and draw back the criminal dilution of our past. I am hardened...when I think back the "Reign of Terror" from BISH....who carried our the main axe to kill Shareholders. We traded back in January 2000.....no, it was January 2001---> Thirty years ago....and I remember it like it was yesterday. Over 300,000,000 shares traded alone the MONTH OF JANUARY 2001. Look it up in past journals at finra.org......or otcbb.com. How was it possible back then, when our float was 10million coming out of the gate.
All I have done over the years, is do right by my Shareholders. My target for our float will be 9.8million shares via DTC. Just give me some more time.....I WILL GET US THERE....I have my plans....takes lot's of time. I cannot rush OTC Markets Compliance, nor FINRA....nor even the SEC. Come on guys.....I am not asking for anyone to buy shares. PLEASE!
Don't do anything. There is so much risk, and ACCR has NO FORM 211 on active duty.....I hope OTC MARKETs is one day soon relegated with the TASK of the 211's with Micro Caps. They know us, we are this little box, that is protecting Shareholders, as best as I know how.

These unsolicited quotes are terrible. I've known about these problems since DAY 1. I'm trying to get us BACK TO SOLICITED QUOTATION MEDIUM,,
,,,trying to find a MARKET MAKER.....that will trust in me.
I come here to give UPDATES...as the #1 G2P comeback story of the OTC. I believe in myself....my wizardry too.
Again, guys....these are dangerous waters.....I am working diligently to find us a Market Maker so that a Form 211 can be submitted with FINRA for resumption of SOLICITED QUOTES. There is a 15c211 modernization going on too....and if the SEC passes that modernization....I believe there is so much fighting back and forth between all the 2 SROs and OTC Markets....the Expert Market thing....and SHAREHOLDERS......if legislation passes...then I believe all PINK SHEET NO INFO will be remanded back to the greys again. I know this risk exists, and that's why it sucks,,,,,,,just keep believing in my WILL TO LIVE! I am a warrior..
We are also processing a 1-for-10 reverse split with FINRA to help draw down the criminal dilution which occurred in our past. My goal is to get our DTC float down to 9.837million shares. I am hopeful to find a merger which will be good for our Shareholders.
Just please give me some more time. I am building this Corporation up from the dirt, and the stench of our past. Please forgive me, I only file SEC documents, and I do NOT PUMP and I DO NOT want anything but to do right by my Shareholders. I just want to do the RIGHT THING!
