There is nothing wrong with the CORPORATION.....people keep focusing on PATRICK.....you better start focusing on the merits of this Corporation founded in 1996. I've been very LOYAL to my shareholders....over the years....VERY LOYAL! I want some respect, please. I have my personal funds. I'm set....do not worry about PATRICK......time to focus on ACCR, the Corporation with:

Follow the instructions, and MAIL IN THE DOCUMENTS with the audited financials for the last 2 years ....and I FIGURED OUT HOW TO MAKE ACCR,,,,and I am not an accountant. I was the one that suggested this to the SEC, and the accountant there I spoke to said, well that could work as long as all the Disclosure and Reporting requirements of the Form 10 are met.
ACCR is AUDITABLE
The is a MANUAL PROCESS - print the form, and mail it in for processing. THERE IS NO ONLINE SUBMISSION ---> because the SEC CLEARLY TOLD ME SEVERAL TIMES.....
THE SEC TOLD ME THAT EVERYTHING IS COOL---->>>>>>>MOVE FORWARD
THE FORM 10 is like a Company's reset. All past filings are RESET....and once a FORM 10 is APPROVED....remember, it has to be approved with could take 2 months processing or more. To be honest I do not know.
I just want my Shareholders.....all of you......just be patient with me. I am doing the RIGHT THING. If I get $100,000 for ACCR, all shareholders will get the kitty. Kitty goes to SHAREHOLDERS, and I only have...and that is just the cash portion. We all will get shares in the new company.
REMEMBER...the SEC told me the FORM 10 is a reset. When a Company has been raided by BAD PEOPLE in the past. The SEC knew all forms of this.
And guys....listen to me.....the SEC is aware of a REVERSE MERGER classification with ACCR.....The SEC, is so super cool with me. They understand our plight. Remember.......not saying they are saying the FORM 10 will be approved, remember...lol.
This is beautiful....I will not let you down! I have to prepare for a deal...I've been introduced to the parties during the presentation of the merger deal.
