not sure if they will gloss over their site or not, they sure do not advertise the stock much and remain fairly low key on promo's of the stock and are going to let the revenues build the stock price from what I can gather. Last time I talked to the CEO he did not even like the fact that there was a message board on the company...go figure.

David McCallen has over 20 years of experience in marketing and finance. Straight Up is designed to be sold to a larger liquor industry concern within 18 to 24 months. Based upon similar sales, stated above, management believes the company could generate a sales price in excess of $200 million or $10 per share.
The Company has 20 million shares outstanding, with 5 million shares in the float and 15 million shares of restricted stock owned by management. Management has signed a lock up agreement with the Company to not sell their stock for a period of two years, which lapses on August 31, 2008. Of the 5 million float, only 40,000 shares is owned by shareholders who are not friendly to management and deemed to be holders for the long term appreciation of the stock, and ultimate exit.
The Company should be able to complete its consolidated audit by no later than September 30, 2006, immediately file its Form 10 to become a reporting company, and apply to be listed on the Bulletin Board by the end of September, 2006. In anticipation of the closing, the Company recently changed its name to Straight Up Brands and changed it stock symbol to STRU.
As of the closing, wine and spirits industry veterans David McCallen and Vincent Viola, have become the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company, respectively. Straight Up brings together world-class spirit products and a powerful and innovative marketing strategy with a management team committed to increasing market penetration, increasing gross sales and net profits, and the maximization of shareholder value.
Unlike other celebrity branded products, Straight Up's products are developed with leading vineyards, master blenders and world-class distillers, with an emphasis on the quality of the product first and the celebrity second.
