The Company should be able to complete its consolidated audit by no later than September 30, 2006, immediately file its Form 10 to become a reporting company, and apply to be listed on the Bulletin Board by the end of September, 2006. The Company should achieve its Bulletin Board listing by the end of the year, and be listed on NASDAQ by the second quarter of 2007, leading to increased media attention and interest from broker-dealers, all of which driving up the valuation and PPS of the company
