And whe're back to OTC closing (way) below Merkur, Merkur trying to go green, and then someone on OTC decides to sell shares way below the PPS on Merkur... (aka; time for me to whine about ditching OTC again)
Well, there is someone who has been crazy enough to short this stock after the TRW-distribution announcement, so who knows if they know something, whether it is profit securing, dumping, MMs messing with us and not knowing what's coming or whatever
it has nothing to do with "investment of cost"
When can we trade the stock again and still be eligible to the dividend?
I think your quarrel with RD is based on that you haven't followed what he has written in the past; The appraisal firm used a PE of 10-12 and ended up with the value RD is referring to.
The interesting argument here would be what PE TRW deserves upon listing on HKSE (or whereever it ends up), i.e whether the PE of 10-12 is fair or not (although it should be conservative).
Another interesting question is how much TRW will grow until listing.
For his statement to add TRWs profits since the appraisal value from 2016 this is wrong if TRW is unable to use those profits to generate more profits, they are right if they have been used to generate more profits of the same PE (10-12 in this case), and they are conservative if they are able to ramp up faster with these profits than what they have proven in the past. However, I believe this uncertainty drowns in other uncertainties (like the issues they have with AF4)
Doesn't that apply to Solomon as well? Unless the batch a few weeks ago was for this purpose, then I guess they are postponing these shares till a later stage.
Didn't The Norwegian state that he was going to China this week? I.e he might be pre-occupied
lol No, I didn't sell any shares - CDEL desperately wanted to sell so I backed of from those levels...
Do you have to call in orders on Siaf OTC to Nordnet?
I think you are seeing your own limits haha
Who are you buying through?
CDEL is playing around; I'm "moving" some shares from OTC to Merkur (through buying some at yesterday at Merkur, and selling the same amount on OTC) so I put up an ask 0.025 cents below CDEL and CDEL immediately reduced its ask to match mine (and I do mean immediately, I went straight to the live feed after putting my order and refreshed and wham CDEL had changed).
MM playing around?
EDIT: I deleted my ask and suddenly CDEL increased its ask...
EDIT2: I put down my order again and WHAM CDEL lowered its ask to match mine again. Again instantly.
Why sell now when things finally start to look better
but that's easy because the SEC asked about it already during the review
and destroyed all credibility what so ever
That's the most likely scenario I guess, but someone has been buying butload of shares without being willing to sell them even after a 50% increase the last month. Those shares traded above 40 cents are a given, but why is "all" the shares traded at 25-35 cents not sold with a nice gain?
He might have been stocking up on the millions of shares diluted so far this year for all we know.
Per SIAF share
22 914 852 of the OS is on Merkur as of today, i.e 46.4% of the OS (incl collateral shares)
I’m not taking it for granted but am hoping for a strong close today or tomorrow
I can say for a fact that institutions are beginning to look at this stock. FYI
What is the risk when you confirm the end of dilution?(buyback program)
With the right deals and contracts we could even see $10 by mid 2019
Seems like they have this planned properly.
You need to hold until the next day (ex-date)
Earnings are due Nov 14, one day before the ex-date. A coincidence?
They are around the corner of getting a positive cash flow this time
I actually think they will get that 1+4+10M =$15M loan
a lower shareprice is preferable since it discourages dilution and management has to look for other ways for funding
I don't think that the 5c cash dividend is an important driver anyhow. A CA contract could be
We could even have a situation where the share price will go up on Nov 15 if we still trade at these ridiculous price levels below $1
I am so looking forward to both the stock dividend and the cash dividends
Owning Tri-way directly will secure us dividends going forward
Exiting weeks ahead
obviously he was right
They did disclose it in a press release, together with the Q-results
And where did you get this from?
Perhaps they put off declaring a cash dividend until there is cash to pay it? Perhaps that is a good idea?
I wonder what was the point of the dividend and any future ones?
I honestly can't get from the numbers why SIAF has to issue so many shares
The explanation for the share issuances they are giving us is not the right one
I still believe it is very problematic if they try this
This last batch was probably employee bonus?
it would at the very least show me that they have cash and are beginning to understand how to run a business
"free"shares of a non-listed company is just kicking the can down the road
There is of course a risk they backtrack on the cash dividend but after declaring it that would be very unusual and signal the end of the company as investible
At 40c I figure you get a 15c dividend in just over a year plus the TRW dividend, which the market clearly is not valuing at much today, but should be tradable for at least 10c
then perhaps they will take a closer look
