Care to share more about this? The volume seems to be way to low for any institutions to have bought in the past week or two (at least if you ignore the dilution-shares), not to mention the many reasons to why institutions shouldn't touch SIAF with a ten-foot pole...
I'm not going to deny the possibility of an upcoming catalyst though - first we don't know whether the TRW-distribution has burned out as a catalyst (it shouldn't, but I don't know) and then everything the company has said and done since the Q1-report has been pointing towards the first cash dividend being paid in December (however, this is SIAF and Solomon so the market might continue to ignore it until it's official - and maybe even then some).
And then I have ignored other possible catalysts (or fluff?) such as TRW-loan, SIAF-loan, CA-deals, pre-IPO etc
