You need to hold until the next day (ex-date)


Assuming the ex date will be the day after.

I'm relistening to the CC and at 25.15 Dan says that they want to start paying cash dividends starting December. He also said that they need to inform FINRA at least 10 days prior, so they may very well announce the payment date and record date for the cash dividend in the Q3-report-PR.
