What we need is certainty that SIAF is (or will be in a few days/weeks) cash-flow positive and able to take care of all liabilities without further dilution. A CA-contract (if the market believes it) will do that trick (although then we can't have 9 months delayed payments, or the CA-contract will just make things worse).

We also need a reason for people to be invested after the distribution. With Solomon's track-record a CA-contact might not do the trick in that case. Cash dividends should do that trick, at least with time, but semi-annual cash dividends might allow the stock to continue to be volatile.

We could even have a situation where the share price will go up on Nov 15 if we still trade at these ridiculous price levels below $1


Unless everyone is waiting to see if dumping will depress the PPS low, then it seems that we are doomed to trade at this level (or lower...) without the cash dividend
