Yes, hence my comment on things changing after we've had some cash dividends (I didn't write it, but things will not change it they pay those dividends with dilution)

"free"shares of a non-listed company is just kicking the can down the road


If you don't believe that TRW will be listed, that TRW will fail, or that TRW will not be able to get a PE above 1 then I understand that, but for me the TRW-distribution is highly desirable as a "dilution-protection" (if Solomon had distributed the TRW-shares last summer as expected I would have gotten 0.8 TRW pr SIAF and not 0.35 or whatever). Going forward I hope that Solomon will be able to avoid heavy dilution for SIAF, but it seems safer to have the TRW-shares now.
