I honestly can't get from the numbers why SIAF has to issue so many shares


ECAB repayment should explain some of it (now that's ironic)

The explanation for the share issuances they are giving us is not the right one


You might get some answer in one month, but there is a reason why they targeted Q4 for the cash dividends - might be AR from TRW that is due then, or might be reckless behaviour (i.e TRW-loan, CA-deal etc). Anyhow, they should announce the cash dividend ASAP instead of delaying it. They might plan on putting it in the Q3-filing instead of issue a PR about it...
