Well, I suppose we'll see how it unfolds.

I've never seen an RS in a pink where anything but the OS is reduced, but I'm more than willing to be pleasantly surprised.

willyBo reducing the A/S by the same multiple as the reverse split is common practice.

it's not common at all

I think it's kind of important to bag holders here that they know what is likely to happen as a result of this pending RS - and, I've checked with folks on the OTCBB ALERTS Board who track the 'daily changes' at the OTCBB - and they confirm, an RS only effects the OS. Not the authorized.

A company might reduce the AS, but that would be a separate action, and very rarely happens in the pinks.

"The cash is raised by selling fewer shares at higher prices"

In continuation to my last post, that's the point. Didn't they say the 4.8 billion shares weren't worth enough now to buy the Australian Galaxy?

So, it's not the amount of shares they need to change, it's the value of each of those shares. If you sell fewer shares at a higher price, all in proportion to the original share structure, then you haven't changed anything.

1,000,000 shares * .0001 = $100
1,000 shares * .10 = $100

Wrong again Greedy.

When a company does a RS, usually the OS is the only thing that is reduced. Look at QMNM (Now QMLM) they just did a 1 - 10 RS, there OS was reduced 10 fold, but the AS remained the same. This is almost always the case. Gives the company room to dilute they choose to.
