In continuation to my last post, that's the point. Didn't they say the 4.8 billion shares weren't worth enough now to buy the Australian Galaxy?
So, it's not the amount of shares they need to change, it's the value of each of those shares. If you sell fewer shares at a higher price, all in proportion to the original share structure, then you haven't changed anything.
1,000,000 shares * .0001 = $100
1,000 shares * .10 = $100
