I think it's kind of important to bag holders here that they know what is likely to happen as a result of this pending RS - and, I've checked with folks on the OTCBB ALERTS Board who track the 'daily changes' at the OTCBB - and they confirm, an RS only effects the OS. Not the authorized.

A company might reduce the AS, but that would be a separate action, and very rarely happens in the pinks.
